A client of Insight Globals in the technology & retail industry is currently hiring a Program Manager II for an 11 month contract to perform & lead site audits for Operations Readiness Testing in... More order to launch new locations. This person will be traveling to rural cities to do testing & validation at sites once construction and development is complete. This testing is to conduct pre-launch site audits to ensure the site is ready to hand off to operations. They will be responsible for leading the testing as well as assisting in the audit and will leverage operators familiar with the buildings to score the building; does the building fit the specs that were designed. This role will require strong communication & the ability to gain trust & create partnerships quickly as they will be working with different internal stakeholders each week. The role will be a standard 40 hour work week, with rare OT.
