The ideal candidate is a licensed journeyman technician who can work independently, support field service calls, and contribute to expanding HVAC capabilities within the branch. This is a hands-on role within a tight-knit team environment offering strong benefits, a company vehicle, and opportunities to mentor junior technicians while supporting business growth.Day-to-Day:- Test HVAC units prior to rental deployment- Perform service checks and preventative maintenance- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment in the field- Inspect and service returned rental equipment- Winterize chillers (fluid removal and prep)- Support peak seasonal demand (spring/fall equipment prep and storage)- Travel to customer sites (3?4 hours away occasionally; occasional overnight stays)We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
