This person will join a team of 7 to providel support to maintain or upgrade the existing Telecommunications systems, including PBX, Voice Mail, Contact Center, IVR, Cable Plant and wireless IP... phones. Support and provide technical guidance to the Field Staff. Support of the Nurse Call backend systems. This is an ONSITE position based in Elkton, MD. This individual can work from home and have flexibility but must be close-by for outages.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Recommends solutions as appropriate to resolve complex Telecommunications service request.2.Analyzes system traffic reports as requested by management, including operator statistics, voice mail, ACD, trunk, and PBX load balance. Make necessary modifications based on analysis.3.Coordinates the installation of Telecommunications Systems for CCHS at all satellite locations. 4.Investigates and resolves all escalated telecommunications system repair requests with external vendors or internal staff as appropriate.5.Conducts site surveys for all new projects to estimate equipment required and labor time.6.Oversees the maintenance of all CCHS Telecommunications and Ancillary Systems via established industry guidelines for optimum operating efficiency.7.Participates in construction and renovation projects involving multi-disciplinary teams.8.Performs analysis of Voice Messaging Systems, which includes a monthly report on traffic and effective utilization. 9.
