Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements from business stakeholders, field users, and operational leaders. ? Translate business needs into clear, testable, traceable requirements suitable for Digital Supply Chain product teams and system integrators. ? Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability from business outcomes through design, build, test, and deployment. ? Manage scope, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints across multiple workstreams. 3. Data & Integration Enablement ? Define supply chain data objects, attributes, ownership, and lineage across systems. ? Document data flows, transformations, and integration touchpoints between platforms (e.g., SAP, OEM telematics, routing, inventory, PoD). ? Specify UX inputs and outputs, ensuring data captured in the field supports downstream planning, execution, analytics, and billing. ? Conduct field-level workflow analysis to understand how work is actually performed by drivers, dispatchers, terminal operators, and branch teams. ? Vendor & Platform Interoperability ?
