Our client is seeking a hands-on Solution Architect who can also operate as a technical lead. In this role, the architect will design and modernize application architectures, contribute code in... .NET/C#, and perform regular code reviews to guide and uplift development teams, including former shadow IT groups moving into corporate engineering. They will reverse-engineer homegrown, undocumented applications, document current-state architecture, and redesign solutions to support a large-scale data center migration into Azure. The role includes evaluating financial applications, understanding general ledger and sub-ledger design impacts, and influencing how financial systems should be architected going forward. This architect will collaborate closely with infrastructure, security, and data teams?asking the right technical questions, validating assumptions, and ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant. They will build solution roadmaps, present pros and cons, consider budgets, and drive long-term architectural direction.
