In this role, the UX Designer will focus on end to end product design work, collaborating closely with stakeholders to shape user flows and create prototypes that support strategic decision making.... Their day to day will include conducting stakeholder interviews, facilitating workshops, and gathering input from users, customers, and internal teams. They will translate these insights into visual concepts and interactive prototypes?primarily using Figma or AI assisted storyboarding tools?to help clarify direction and propose value driven product improvements. They?ll partner with strategy and data teams to incorporate research, run desk research using AI, and refine concepts through iterative feedback. Given that product design cycles typically span 8?10 weeks, the designer will manage ideation, prototyping, recommendations, and presentation of solutions to senior stakeholders, while navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across cross functional groups.
