Insight Global is hiring an Associate Director, Accounting/Finance, to lead external financial reporting, technical accounting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) in a dynamic, publicly traded... biotechnology company. This is a highly visible, hands-on role in a lean finance organization. The Associate Director oversees SEC reporting, internal and Board-level financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes, and technical accounting matters. This individual will partner cross-functionally to support clinical development and corporate financial planning, while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements. This role also includes responsibilities for the monthly and quarterly financial closing process, such as preparation of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
