Job Description
This individual will support the accounting leadership team by managing close activities, reviewing journal entries, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and coordinating audit support activities. They will work closely with the senior controller and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting across the Americas region. This person will also help strengthen internal controls, investigate accounting variances, support process improvements, and mentor staff-level accountants while serving as a key operational leader within the accounting organization. Pay will range from 60-100/hr depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7-12 years of accounting experience
• Public accounting audit background
• Industry accounting experience
• Experience supporting month-end close
• Financial statement preparation experience
Strong US GAAP knowledge
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Big 4 audit experience
• Public company experience
• SOX exposure
• Multi-entity accounting
• ERP experience
CPA or CPA track
