Key Responsibilities:? Ensure a high level of EH&S performance for the site.? Provide technical expertise for all EH&S programs with focus on Occupational Health (biosafety, industrial hygiene,... Lead incident investigations for all reported injuries, including First Aid and Good Saves.? Develop, initiate, maintain, and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of EH&S compliance programs and its related activities to prevent noncompliance/non-conformance activities.? Support responses to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, by evaluating and recommending the initiation of investigative procedures. Performs analysis for reporting of violations or potential violations to duly authorized enforcement agencies and Johnson & Johnson's corporate offices as appropriate and/or required.? Enforcement of company policies and procedures, and written safety programs that includes employee training which comply with Cal/OSHA and J&J.? Assist with the creation and expansion of an effective Environmental Management System.? Collect and manage Occupational Safety data for the group.? Track outstanding EH&S compliance issues to closure.?
