Primary responsibilities will include preparing documents, clearing titles, ordering payoff statements, or other documentation as needed, and preparation for disbursing funds for transactions. The Escrow Officer must also determine what requirements are needed to complete a transaction and ensure that all parties have properly signed and filed the necessary closing documents. This is a permanent position that pays based on experience.
