This team\u0027s main function is to design, test, \u0026 manufacture space and launch vehicles that are fully designed in-house. This team works in small teams to complete all tasks involved with the technical design and manufacturing of components and sub components. This team is in need of a Chief Engineer who is extremely well rounded in this space and who can help from a technical and program management perspective. This Chief Engineer will be customer facing and internal leadership facing. They will help to create risk evaluation and mitigation plans for each individual component and subcomponent. You will assist within teams to alleviate key issues. Some of those key issues would revolve around assigning work load and design duties of subcomponents internally based on the key strengths of certain engineering groups, as well as bringing those completed components back together for assembly. The Chief Engineer would oversee the development at a vehicle level of the entire program, to include all subcomponents like avionics, electronics, mechanical and pyrotechnic mechanisms, and system integration. The ideal candidate will have experience at a vehicle level with similar space/launch vehicle programs and have tackled problems that exist when work is completed in house at the sub-component level, rather than contracting work out. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and materials to support Payor pull-through, channel acquisition support for HCPs, Patient access support programs and Key Account communications. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with Field Sales, Account Management, Payor, Channel, and Training teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of access tools and training.
