More the company's compensation and total reward programs, ensuring the programs are competitive to market and support the companys compensation goals. On a day to day basis this person will support the Senior Compensation Analyst and the Total Rewards Manager in the design, analysis, and administration of the company's compensation programs. They will manage the daily administration of compensation programs, ensuring accurate results and timely delivery. They will assist in conducting job evaluations, benchmarking data, and making salary recommendations, as well as assist in benchmarking current pay practices and modeling of potential changes to total rewards programs. This person will participate in market-based compensation survey submissions and assist in in analyzing market to assess trends and industry-specific variables, and work with salary survey system to load and validate the results. They will administer the companys compensation programs, including base pay, annual salary increases, and quarterly and annual bonus incentives. Additionally they will work with HRIS and IT staff to ensure that HRIS software systems meets compensation needs, and that systems are maintained to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc. They will consult with HRIS team to design management reports, assist HRIS on system maintenance and improvements for the Compensation module within Workday, and provide guidance on compensation matters to Management and HR business partners. This person will support Total Rewards initiatives and assist with various ad hoc projects and requests and be responsible for administrating the different HR and Compensation system platforms, such as PayFactors, Workday Compensation, Fidelity, etc. Lastly, its important this person continuously reviews and provides improvements to current processes within Compensation and HR. The manager over this team has 11 teams under him so this Developer will be focusing on multiple applications. In addition, this person will be responsible for sending out communication on releases and deployments and coming back with suggestions for the team. Lastly, the lead will get liberty on how to structure the team and will be involved in sprint demos and presentations. A midstream pipeline company in downtown Houston is looking for a Measurement Analys to join their team. This is the Measurement team, and they are responsible for analyzing the data of the companys... More liquid pipeline assets. This team is in a centralized service group for operations, so they support all parts of the business. The responsibilities of this role have evolved as new liquid pipeline assets continue to come in and be added to this teams portfolio. All the assets this team handles are liquids based and some CO2. They spend a lot of time doing analytical work in excel as well as the client proprietary system. They will work alongside the other Measurement Analyst for this team. Primarily they will come in and compile data for analytical purposes from multiple software systems. All the data they are looking at and analyzing is related to the liquid assets in their pipelines. The team has deadlines in the mornings to meet to offer out information, so once analyzed information is ready, they then send it to downstream teams (scheduling, accounting, etc.) to start their day as well. They will also be looking at gain/loss items & imbalances in the data (from their liq uid assets). Majority of their day is compiling data, analyzing data and look for anomalies and discrepancies. If they do find discrepancies, they have opportunity to speak to other teams to understand where the change may have occurred and are able to troubleshoot to find a solution. They will not communicate with customers outside of the client, but they will communicate cross-functionally with other teams. This team works closely with reporting functionalities to ensure its streamlined, and everybody is seeing the same data. They also work with the field and SCADA team to be able to troubleshoot from there. Lastly, the team has weekly meetings with operations, controls and scheduling on a weekly basis.
