Reporting to the Program Manager - Turnaround, this role will be responsible for providing admin support prior to and during the turnaround. Responsibilities:?Assist printing off Job Plan Packages for Binders.?Completing Job plan Binders after reviewed and completed by management.?Data entry into Maximo.?Daily support to all TA group personnel with data entry and admin as needed.?Ordering stationery/consumables for TA group.?Organizing Job packs according to areas and WO#?s alphabetically.?Send in any IT requests required by Plains/contractors.?Host all team meetings online, assisted by meeting creator.?Onboarding and orientation tracking and compliance for all staff and contractors?Badge creation and tracking for all contractors?Timesheet validation against Gallagher?Collection of Timesheets and circulate for signature.?Schedule tracking for all contractors and staff?Coordination of hot shots and deliveries.?Manage TA gifts and swag.?Validation of burn rate against actual headcount.?Tracking of all consumables and provide lists for reorder on a weekly basis.?Be the single point of contact for all IT and hardware requirements.?Be the scribe for designated meetings.?Responsible to order and fill meals as required.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
