The support includes ordering parts needed to support the work conducted at those sites, ensuring the parts get delivered on time and if the parts are not available he or she will be responsible for calling the vendors to order the parts and following the delivery process to verify the corrects parts were delivered. This role requires strong communication skills, customer service support experience and an understanding of various machinery parts and lingo. He or she will also be required to be onsite 5 days a week and must be comfortable working on a rotational on-call basis.
