Insight Global is looking for a Senior Design Coordinator to join the Operations and Maintenance team of one of our Oil and Gas clients here in Houston. In this role, you will have the opportunity to... coordinate EPC (3rd parties) to design and draft project drawing packages for facilities. You will work on multiple project teams with multiple EPC firms. Your job is to insure the EPCs deliver a quality complete drawing package that adhere to specific standards and processes. You will proactively seek Project Manager and Engineers expectations. The Design Coordinator will communicate this to EPCs and ensure expectations are met and will work with all stakeholders to meet project lifecycle milestones )30%, 60%, 90%, IFB, IFC drawing reviews). The individual will use Aconex to transmit and receive documents to and from EPCs. You will track project progress and communicate statuses to management as well as review drawings and communicate redlines to project team and EPCs.
