Scope of the job:- The role leads the operation team and is based within a Service Technology Center. It may involve regular travel to customer sites within a region and the occasional global travel when required for management reporting.- This role requires daily interaction with all levels of the organization, in both written and verbal formats.- The Operations Manager role requires extensive planning, priority setting, coordinating of work and competing priorities. The incumbent must be able to balance all these items at any given time. - This position manages an annual budget.
