Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a senior‑level Technical Project / Program Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives within its AI and advanced digital platforms organization. This role is designed for leaders with a strong foundation in application development, data platforms, and cloud‑based systems, who can translate advanced technical concepts into structured execution across global teams. This role operates at the intersection of AI model development, data engineering, enterprise applications, and physical infrastructure platforms, supporting Vertiv’s mission to enable next‑generation AI, high‑density compute, and intelligent infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Leadership
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑driven and data‑centric programs, including application development, data pipelines, ML model enablement, and integration with enterprise platforms.
Own delivery roadmaps across multiple concurrent, interdependent workstreams spanning software engineering, data architecture, cloud infrastructure, and operations.
Drive execution using Agile, hybrid‑Agile, and scaled delivery models, ensuring alignment between product, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders.
Technical Execution & Architecture Alignment
Partner closely with AI engineers, data scientists, platform engineers, and enterprise application teams to ensure programs are technically feasible, scalable, and secure.
Translate architectural concepts (e.g., data lakes, ML pipelines, APIs, microservices, model lifecycle management) into executable plans, milestones, and dependency maps.
Ensure alignment between AI software platforms and broader ecosystem, including operational systems, manufacturing data, digital twins, and infrastructure telemetry.
Stakeholder & Governance Management
Serve as the primary execution interface between technical teams and senior business leaders, ensuring clarity on scope, risks, tradeoffs, and outcomes.
Establish program governance, KPIs, delivery dashboards, and risk mitigation plans for executive visibility.
Manage global, distributed teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.
Operational Excellence
Implement best practices for release management, dependency tracking, and change control in fast‑moving AI and software environments.
Proactively identify delivery risks related to data quality, model readiness, infrastructure constraints, or integration complexity.
Support continuous improvement across program execution, tooling, and delivery cadence.
