Insight Global is seeking a Data Analyst to support an enterprise-level Sales Incentives team at a large telecommunications client. This role focuses on performance analytics, incentive and... commission analysis, and hands-on data work that directly supports sales channel decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong technical fundamentals like SQL, Excel, and Python and enjoys balancing analytics with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to analyze incentive performance, support reporting and dashboards, and contribute to the ongoing modernization of incentive analytics and tooling.
