Support and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless (Wi-Fi) networks across a large environment.? Work with routers, switches, and wireless access points to ensure reliable internet and network performance.? Support campus-wide VoIP/telephony systems, including thousands of IP phones.? Partner with vendors during new building launches, working alongside implementation teams and assuming ownership post-deployment.? Serve as an escalation point for technicians by leveraging and helping standardize network documentation and SharePoint diagrams.? Collaborate with the infrastructure team, focusing on independent issue diagnosis and proactive problem identification.?
