Saturday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.Duties/ Responsibilities:? Perform scheduled maintenance (500-hour, 1000-hour, 2000-hour, etc.) on Manitowoc friction cranes and hydraulic cranes.? Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues; determine root causes and corrective actions.? Maintain schedules for crane lubrication, service wire rope systems, boom hoist assemblies, undercarriage components, system pressure, flow, temperature, and fluid sampling programs.? Utilize mechanical and hydraulic schematics to pinpoint failures.? Report unsafe conditions, defects, or potential failures.? Troubleshoot load indication, limit switches, and control systems on friction and hydraulic cranes.? Conduct pre-operation inspections and assist operators with technical support.? Accurately complete service reports, inspection forms, and work orders.? Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and supervisors? Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours.? Communicate effectively with owners, inspectors, engineers, and company leadership.? Ensure all maintenance complies with Manitowoc OEM standards and OSHA regulations.? Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and consumables.?
