The inspector serves as the primary point of contact for subcontractor QC teams and plays a key role in early issue detection and timely resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily field inspections of CSA installations, including concrete placement, rebar, embeds, structural steel erection, welding, bolting, framing, drywall, envelope systems, and architectural finishes.Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractor QC personnel, coordinating inspection activities, documentation needs, and quality expectations.Identify quality issues and nonconformances in the field, document findings clearly, and communicate them to construction and subcontractor teams.Track follow-up actions to ensure timely correction, re-inspection, and closure of all identified issues.Review CSA field documentation, including inspection reports, concrete test results, weld/NDT reports, architectural checklists, and redlines.Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, building codes, and client standards across all CSA scopes.Perform TSQMP field verification, confirming that CSA work aligns with the project?s Technical Safety & Quality Management Plan and that required quality controls are implemented.Support readiness checks for major milestones such as foundation pours, steel topping out, envelope close-in, and interior turnover.Collaborate with construction managers, engineers, and trade partners to resolve field quality concerns and prevent recurrence.QualificationsExperience in CSA inspection, QA/QC, or field engineering (mission-critical or data center experience preferred).Strong understanding of concrete, structural steel, and architectural systems, including installation standards and applicable codes.Ability to interpret structural drawings, architectural plans, specifications, and submittals.Skilled in issue identification, documentation, and follow-up tracking.Effective communication and coordination skills with field teams and subcontractors.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
