Must be proficient in VoIP and TDM voice services.-Work with customers to resolve any troubles and be proactive in trying to eliminate outages.-Work with customers, vendors and other companies to test new products. It is important to note that this work could require this person to fit in smaller spaces, lift equipment up to 50 lbs., etc. -The Technician will be based in their local markets, providing onsite support for customers in that area and working from home when not onsite with customers.
