Insight Global is looking for an Intermediate Martech Architect to join a leading banking customer downtown Toronto. This is a hybrid role and requires 3x/week on site downtown Toronto.We are a... MarTech Architect with strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud + Data Cloud skills to support platform architecture, data modeling, integrations, governance, and technical discovery across the MarTech ecosystem. This is NOT a campaign operator / email developer role.Core ResponsibilitiesPlatform Architecture & Integrations- Contribute to platform-level designs across SFMC, Data Cloud, Salesforce Core, and enterprise data sources.- Support integration patterns: API, event-based, batch, real-time/near-real-time.- Participate in technical discovery; document system/data flows.Data Modeling & Enablement- Support data modeling, harmonization, identity resolution.- Document data structures and onboarding requirements.- Diagnose data issues and lineage gaps.Governance- Execute governance routines: compliance scans, CDE checks, PII tagging, naming/usage standards.- Maintain governance artifacts: lineage, usage standards, RACI.- Drive remediation follow-ups.Documentation- Produce data flow diagrams, decision logs, lineage maps, integration specs, standards.Troubleshooting- Troubleshoot data, automation, integration, and connector issues.- Provide best-practice guidance.Collaboration- Partner with Marketing, Data, Digital, and Tech.- Translate technical decisions.- Support sequencing and alignment.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
