Your duties will include, but are... not limited to:?Installing and wiring routers/switches, coordinating for configuration and troubleshooting.?Install and provision of transport equipment and ethernet services supporting MPLS network?Testing, deployment, and documentation supporting system upgrades, patches, and maintenance window activities.?Respond to system and service outages as well as storm/disaster support?Participate in maintenance window cutovers and system grooms?Installation and wiring of routers/switches along with coordination with multiple groups for configuration and troubleshooting.?Effectively identifies and utilizes the proper resources to develop solutions and devise new approaches to problems encountered in work assignments.?Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), including provisioning and configuring IP phones, performing adds, moves, and changes (MACs), troubleshooting voice and telephony-related issues, and supporting enterprise VoIP services.
