Identity & access (Entra ID): Assist with user lifecycle tasks (onboarding/offboarding), group management, role-based access, and MFA/Conditional Access support following established runbooks.? Microsoft 365 administration: Support day-to-day administration and troubleshooting across Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive permissions).? Onboarding & offboarding: Coordinate account creation/removal, device provisioning/returns, and access changes to support a secure joiner/mover/leaver process.? Documentation & continuous improvement: Create and maintain IT documentation (SOPs, onboarding guides, asset records), and suggest improvements to reduce recurring issues.? Ticketing & IT operations: Manage and prioritize incoming requests in the ticketing system, follow SLAs, and ensure work is tracked to completion.?
