Job Description
Partner with PG&E Business and IT stakeholders to gather and document user needs and requirements
Lead and facilitate stakeholder working sessions to define business problems, product goals, and success criteria
Translate business and data product goals into documented requirements and feature sets
Conduct data discovery activities, including reviewing existing data inventories and process documentation
Document data sources, systems of record, data flows, and potential data collection or quality issues
Identify, document, and support resolution paths for data quality concerns, including high‑level QA/QC and validation
Maintain and update process documentation, tracking open issues and dependencies
Summarize roadblocks and enablers within data and process flows and communicate impacts to stakeholders
Outline management of change (MOC) needs related to product or process updates
Support development and IT teams during delivery to help ensure successful and timely product outcomes
Conduct follow‑up sessions to close action items and work through additional requirements or refinements
Contribute to product roadmap development, including future feature recommendations and prioritization
Support ongoing planning and governance, evolving product features and roles in alignment with PG&E needs

Required Skills & Experience
Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business and stakeholder requirements into clear product needs
Strong product management or business analysis experience in data‑centric or technology‑enabled environments
Ability to facilitate stakeholder working sessions and translate business problems into product goals
Hands‑on experience with data discovery, documentation, and process mapping
Familiarity documenting data sources, systems of record, data flows, and data requirements
Experience identifying and documenting data quality (DQ) issues, including QA/QC concepts
Strong written communication skills with experience producing clear documentation (requirements, process flows, roadblocks, impacts)
Ability to work cross‑functionally with Business and IT teams to support on‑time product delivery
Highly organized with the ability to track open issues, action items, and follow‑ups
