Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to help strengthen our manufacturing quality processes and ensure we consistently meet customer requirements. This role supports large, global clients and plays a key part in driving continuous improvement and building a strong “quality-first” culture across the organization.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) using structured methods (8D, A3) and ensure corrective actions are completed and effective
• Improve and maintain quality systems, including control plans, FMEA, and APQP processes
• Drive process improvements focused on prevention, reducing defects, and increasing “right first time” results
• Develop and track key quality metrics (KPIs) such as First Time Through and overall process performance
• Support traceability initiatives to improve visibility from raw materials to finished products
• Partner with internal and global teams to ensure incoming material quality and supplier performance
• Assist with quality support for new product launches and new equipment implementation
• Promote a culture of quality through communication, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering (within an engineered to order manufacturing environment)
• Experience in cultural change initiatives

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Expert in quality core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
• Skilled in RCA methodologies and data analysis (Minitab, Excel)
• ISO-9001 and ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Six sigma yellow or green belt
• High 5S standard
