A leading Oil & Gas company based in downtown Houston is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join its Information Systems department. This role is focused on the development and enhancement of software... solutions that support critical pipeline and storage facility operations. The long-term vision for this position is to evolve into a Product Manager or Product Owner for the application.About the Role:As a Solutions Engineer, you will take ownership of a key application currently in production, which supports: Pipeline Leak Detection, Future Emissions Detection, Facility Leak Monitoring (a newly developed feature), and Pump Curve Monitoring. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders?including field staff, division engineers, and software developers?to gather functional requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
