Insight Global has an exciting opportunity for a Consultant, Business Systems Analyst, focused on Digital Retail Solutions (DRS). This full-time role reports to the Manager, Enterprise Business... Solutions, Consumer & Dealer within Information Services (IS) department and serves as the functional lead and subject matter expert for DRS. The Business Systems Analyst is the technical liaison between business units and Information Services, supporting the business in projects, enhancements, requirements, process improvements and problem resolution. Responsible for initial assessment of new initiatives, understanding and documenting business requirements and providing high level solution and design recommendations, creating specifications for DRS solutions including development, delivery and sustainment. Ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
