Job Description
Insight Global is looking for someone who will report to IT leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and optimizing end-to-end supply chain, logistics, transportation, and distribution processes. This includes partnering with Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, Warehouse, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, IT, application support teams, and implementation partners to analyze business needs, document requirements, improve processes, support system enhancements, and provide operational reporting and insights. The ideal candidate will have strong business process knowledge, analytical skills, and experience working with ERP, WMS, TMS, EDI, and transportation systems in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst within transportation, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Experience supporting TMS/WMS processes (e.g., SAP TM, OTM, Manhattan, Blue Yonder)
- Strong requirements gathering with process mapping across supply chain functions
- Hands-on involvement in ERP/TMS/WMS implementations or enhancements (Preferably Dynamics)
- Data analysis of transportation and warehouse KPIs to drive operational improvements
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with EDI, integrations, or middleware
- Exposure to carrier management and freight audit/payment processes
- Experience with route optimization or transportation planning tools
- Familiarity with inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations
- Experience working in large enterprise or global supply chain environments
