Key Responsibilities shown below:?Gather reporting needs from stakeholders and translate them into effective BI solutions.?Own BI solution architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise data platforms (Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake).?Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, cloud data warehouses).?Experience with BI and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).?Experience with cloud-based BI and analytics services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable.?Excellent SQL skills and experience optimizing complex queries.?Integrate multiple data sources and build practical data models for analytical analysis.?Oversee design, development, and deployment of scalable dashboards, semantic models, and advanced visualizations (Power BI, Tableau).?Manage team backlog and workflow.?Define and enforce standards for report catalog and governance framework.?Ensure seamless data integration and accessibility.?Tune complex DAX, SQL queries, Power Query, and data models for performance across large retail datasets.?Implement and monitor BI SLAs and refresh strategies for high availability and consistency.?Define performance baselines for visual loads, dataset refresh times, and user concurrency.?Optimize Power BI dashboards for performance (query optimization, data caching, report rendering).?Develop and implement best practices for Power BI development, deployment, and maintenance.?Identify opportunities to automate reports, improve efficiency, and enhance visualization techniques.?Lead implementation of CI/CD pipelines for BI (Git, Azure DevOps, Power BI deployment pipelines).?Drive standardization and templating of visuals, themes, and KPI frameworks across the organization.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
