Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their client’s team. This individual will support the employee lifecycle and day-to-day office operations by coordinating new hire onboarding, preparing onboarding paperwork, managing I-9 logistics, setting up employee equipment, and partnering with IT to resolve technology-related needs. They will also serve as the primary office coordinator, handling office supplies, snacks and beverages, maintenance requests, building access, parking assignments, and overall workspace organization. Additionally, they will provide administrative support through maintaining employee records, updating information in Paylocity, preparing reports, distributing the monthly newsletter, and assisting with various HR and office-related projects.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Office Administration, Operations, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree
Experience managing sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
