Lead turnkey substation projects from conceptual design through commissioning and close-out.? Manage all technical aspects including electrical, protection & control, and civil/structural systems.? Own and oversee civil design and construction scope, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.? Coordinate with internal engineering, sales, procurement, and project management teams.? Oversee and manage EPC partners, reviewing engineering deliverables, procurement packages, and construction plans.? Support site development, permitting, and field engineering during construction.? Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.?
