Our client is seeking a Site Superintendent to join their federal team for a project at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in support of work related to mechanical systems. ? Supervise the field construction... More process of assigned projects in accordance with the plans and specifications, to ensure that each phase of the work is completed on schedule, within the budget, and with the quality workmanship expected by the company and the customer ? Supervise, inspect, review, record, and report on all site construction-related activity, ensuring that the assigned subcontractors perform their work on schedule. May supervise one or more projects simultaneously.? Understand and develop means and methods for the construction/installation requirements of the assigned projects (in conjunction with Project Manager).? Assist Project Manager in the development of Quality Control plans.? Compile Operations and maintenance documents and assemble into operation and maintenance submittals.? Assist in the creation of as-built documentation.? Assist with quality control functions per contract (COE) requirements (submittal reviews, daily reports, preparatory meetings and other quality control program features) to ensure project document controls are in compliance with contract requirements.? Enforce, facilitate and follow Company and contract safety requirements. Assist with SSHO functions per company standard practices and per contract (COE) requirement if required per the position. ?
