This role focuses on producing high-quality electrical and low voltage models and drawings while coordinating closely with design teams and other trades to ensure accurate, constructible, and well-coordinated project deliverables.Key Responsibilities?Develop detailed 3D Revit models and 2D construction documents for electrical power, lighting, and low voltage systems.?Support projects through all phases of design development and construction documentation.?Coordinate electrical and low voltage systems with mechanical, structural, and architectural disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.?Incorporate design team redlines and markups using Bluebeam and other coordination tools.?Assist with electrical layouts, circuiting, and panel schedules as required.?Support prefabrication efforts by identifying constructible assemblies and modeling to applicable standards.?Maintain project documentation in accordance with company BIM standards and industry best practices.This is a six contract-to-hire position with a hybrid office schedule.
