The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and achieving certain financial targets in the Canadian healthcare market within a designated geographical area. This position... requires an understanding of and ability to execute strategies relating to territory account management, relationship development and strategic growth plans. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned:Works with the VP of Sales - International to create and execute strategic growth plans that exceed company financial objectivesDevelops, manages, and grows sales throughout the assigned territory and utilizes the entire Capsa Healthcare product portfolioDevelops and executes business development and prospecting strategies within assigned territory (province of Quebec and all Eastern Canada). Responsible for selling Medication and Medical Carts, Point of Care Products, and all other appropriate Capsa Healthcare products through a mix of Direct Selling efforts and utilization of PartnersIncreases Capsas presence within hospitals and leverages key decision makers and influencers in pharmacy, end user clinical roles, supply chain, IT, and administration by providing a comprehensive strategy promoting the value of Capsas complete product and service solutionsDevelops monthly/quarterly product forecasts and business plans to achieve pre-defined strategies and financial objectivesConducts and coordinates demonstrations and evaluations, being responsible for the administration, coordination, attendance coverage, in-servicing, and necessary follow-up for each eventMaintains CRM database to include opportunity detail, forecast, and pipeline data.
