Provides HRIS support for new implementations, enhancements, upgrades, maintenance, and ongoing system administration. Participates in project management activities including discovery, design, configuration, testing, implementation, documentation, communication planning, and end-user training support.? Develops and maintains documentation for system configurations, processes, testing plans, and implementation activities.? Serves as a system administrator for assigned HR systems, including management of system security, user access, and quarterly SOX user access reviews.? Generates standard and ad hoc reports utilizing tools such as Cognos, Excel, UKG reporting solutions, and other SaaS reporting platforms.? Troubleshoots system, reporting, interface, integration, and connectivity issues across internal and external platforms. Identifies root causes and partners with stakeholders to develop effective solutions.? Collaborates with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, operational leaders, and external vendors to support system enhancements, configuration changes, upgrades, and new implementations.? Leads and participates in system configuration meetings and provides project coordination and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.? Reviews system data and reporting outputs for accuracy and completeness. Maintains data integrity through routine audits, analysis, validation, and issue resolution.?
