Insight Global is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join their team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will provide essential support to internal employees via Service Now, addressing and... resolving hardware-related issues. With the company managing 18,000 computers nationwide, your monthly tasks will involve handling 150-200 laptops and desktops. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in troubleshooting, triaging, imaging, and decommissioning devices. Proficiency in software troubleshooting is also highly valued. Additionally, you will assist with the packing and shipment of these devices.
