Insight Global is looking to hire a Sr Systems Administrator to join a customer of ours in the Wichita area. The role involves managing and maintaining complex system and network infrastructure to... ensure optimal performance and reliability. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across multiple systems, storage, and network components; monitoring performance using standard tools; and conducting capacity planning. The position requires responding to system and network incidents in accordance with established procedures, as well as creating and maintaining accurate documentation of infrastructure, processes, and configurations. Additional duties include performing move/add/change requests, applying security patches and antivirus updates, and supporting both on-site and remote environments. Strong collaboration skills are essential for maintaining relationships with customers, peers, and vendors, and for participating in projects that span multiple capabilities and stakeholders.
