The Director of Operations (Construction) is responsible for leading and managing a regional portfolio of federal design-build and design-bid-build construction projects totaling over $30M annually.... This role oversees all lifecycle construction activities, ensures regulatory and contractual compliance, and drives operational excellence across the Southwest region.
