This Senior Program Manager within the Integration Management Office (IMO) is responsible for driving execution of integration activities related to the acquisition of a telecommunication companies... assets and other merger and acquisition initiatives. Operating within an established IMO framework, this role ensures delivery against Day 1 and post-close integration milestones. Each Senior Program Manager is aligned to a core integration domain?Front Office, Technology, or Back Office?and is accountable for coordinating cross-functional workstreams, managing dependencies, and driving measurable outcomes. Core responsibilities include managing Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs), executing and tracking synergies, and supporting end-state and target operating model planning. The role supports IMO governance through status reporting, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, and executive communications while facilitating integration workshops and working sessions. This position partners closely with Commercial, Technology, Finance, HR, and Legal leaders to ensure integration activities are aligned to long-term business objectives and value realization.This is a 12 month contract with potential extensions looking to pay 58-66/hr while on contract.
