Role OverviewThe Healthcare IT Support Engineer provides technical support to internal and external customers, primarily in the medical imaging domain. Support is delivered via phone, chat, email,... and remote access, and includes hardware, software, and workflow troubleshooting.Responsibilities? Respond to support requests professionally and promptly.? Explain application functionality and assist with usage.? Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams on project scope and client needs.? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including root cause analysis.? Maintain documentation and ticketing systems.? Share technical knowledge and cross-train team members.? Escalate urgent issues and liaise between support and development.? Work with radiologists and staff to resolve workflow conflicts.?
