You will be a key component to bringing the brand forward in the digital and physical spaces that serve our employee base.Roles and Responsibilities: *Working under the direction of Employee Communications leadership, you will create inventive solutions in all aspects of our employee channel ecosystem, physical installations, digital signage boards, email banners, event concepts and event creative, presentation development, creative concepts for employee initatives. *You will help execute, version and maintain the graphic standards and creative direction in partnership with the Brand Creative team *You will work with Project Managers to comprehend briefs, and execute high-quality work while meeting deadlines *You will work with partners to deliver brand right digital assets for employee campaigns and initatives *You will have strong communication skills and be expected to clearly articulate your own ideas *Be willing to take risks to determine the balance between exceptional creative and relevant business needs *Ability to comprehend guidelines, campaigns, brand and category assets and produce effective brand communication for employeesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
