As a mid-level Scrum Master embedded within a cybersecurity team for a cruise line client of Insight Global, you will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies and driving delivery across... cross-functional technical teams. Your day-to-day includes leading sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions, ensuring alignment among cybersecurity analysts, engineers, and infrastructure specialists. You will work closely with stakeholders to track progress, remove blockers, and maintain sprint artifacts such as burndown charts and Jira boards. The role requires a strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies, particularly within Azure cloud environments, and familiarity with cybersecurity tools and frameworks such as Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Endpoint, and NIST compliance initiatives. You will split your time between cybersecurity and infrastructure projects, helping the team stay focused on high-value deliverables while keeping leadership informed of status and risks.
