Insight Global is looking for a Influencer Director to oversee the full strategy and execution of all influencer marketing efforts. Managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar programs from concept... through delivery. They will build and refine operational processes, ensuring influencer becomes a scalable, compliant, and high-performing marketing channel. This role leads cross-functional alignment with Brand, PR, Creative, Legal, Talent, and Media teams, and manages agencies, platform partners, and talent. They oversee creator partnerships, including high-profile talent which involves guiding negotiations, content quality, brand safety, and compliance. The Influencer Director provides strategic and creative oversight to ensure content is platform-native and effective. Delivering executive-ready insights that inform ongoing optimization and investment decisions is key.
