This role is responsible for full lifecycle project delivery?from definition through implementation?ensuring alignment to business objectives, execution excellence, and effective change management. Furthermore, this Sr. Project Manager will:? lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, implementation, and post-launch support? Manage multiple, concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and business goals? Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables? Own and manage RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), including mitigation and escalation strategies? Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to support project objectives? Build strong cross-functional relationships across Product, Technology, Operations, and Customer teams? Drive stakeholder alignment, facilitate decision-making, and influence outcomes without direct authority? Prepare and deliver executive-level communications, including weekly and monthly status updates?
