Their mission is to advance the state-of-the-art in critical semiconductor domains such as advanced packaging, and in the process to help restore U.S. leadership in semiconductor manufacturing. They are developing cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing technology that will define future roadmaps of semiconductor devices including logic, memory, 3D packaged devices, including thermal management, etc.The Logistics Manager will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient end-to-end shipping/receiving and inter-site logistics operations for tools and sensitive materials by maintaining standards, supervising material flow, resolving discrepancies, standardizing processes, and driving performance through KPIs.Responsibilities:Maintain 6S program for shipping and receiving at two locations.Coordinate loading, unloading and packaging decontamination operations for semiconductor tools.Manage and supervise logistics for raw materials, parts, supplies and sensitive devices, including, but not limited to: Receiving, Shipping, Staging for Stocking, Vendor Returns, Internal distribution of shipmentsResolve damaged shipments.Work with Supply Chain to resolve quantity mismatches.Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for shipping, receiving and distribution.Manage daily courier runs between sites.Define and track key process indicators (KPIs)We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
