The role partners with technical staff who identify and execute the mitigation action steps and with TSM leaders who need visibility into this portfolio of work?s status, obstacles and areas needing attention.?Receive, analyze, and organize operational and risk driven work from multiple sources (security, continuity planning, application monitoring, etc.)?Translate incoming work into clear execution plans with defined actions, owners, timelines, and completion criteria?Enforce consistent planning and status tracking despite differences in source systems and types of technical work?Monitor hundreds of active items proactively, identifying issues and risks to delivery risk early?Challenge and improve weak plans, incomplete and unclear updates, and unjustified timelines?Drive teams toward meeting commitments, avoiding extension requests as much as possible?Escalate execution issues to technical leaders when help is needed?Prepare concise, meaningful summaries, top risks, and reporting on the portfolio of work for TSM leadershipWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
