Job Description

The coordinator partners closely with systems engineers to manage design documentation, site‑readiness planning, and configuration baselines, ensuring all contractually required artifacts are delivered accurately and on time. They also support pre‑production activities such as site surveys, logistics planning, and cross‑team communication to ensure deployment teams, subcontractors, and customers are aligned. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, disciplined documentation management, and the ability to coordinate technical teams in a structured waterfall environment.
