Candidates must have recent, hands-on experience building GenAI applications, not just consuming APIs or adding AI features to existing apps. Banking or financial services experience is beneficial, and Wealth Management domain expertise is a plus, but not required. Key Responsibilities- Design and build production GenAI applications using Azure AI Foundry- Develop and deploy RAG-based AI solutions (document ingestion, embeddings, vector search, orchestration)- Implement end-to-end AI workflows, including prompt design, grounding, evaluation, and monitoring- Integrate LLM-driven capabilities into enterprise applications using Azure-native services- Partner with architecture, product, and business teams on pure AI use cases- Support scaling, optimization, and operationalization of AI applications in AzureWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
