Insight Global is seeking an experienced production services specialist to join one of our largest financial services clients in their Equities, Derivatives & Swaps production services team providing... front line technical support to end user requests and issues. They will be responsible for managing application platform monitoring and support, root cause analysis and preventative actions to ensure stability & resiliency across all services. They will lead incident & problem management activities, onboarding applications and effectively communicate to stakeholders for front office trading applications as part of a global production services team.The successful candidate will be one who also embraces innovation and can learn the business and technical components of an application and work with peers to ensure stable release deployments and platform stability. This role will be part of a team in New York, with a wider global team providing production services across core trading & technology locations.This person should have good knowledge of the Global Markets technology ecosystem, strong technical skills in monitoring and observability systems like Splunk and Dynatrace as well as Global Markets Equities domain understanding. They should be self-starters, with the ability to conduct independent research as well as collaborate with bank SMEs.Key Responsibilities:? Provide technical and operational support for Equities CASH, Derivatives & Swaps production traders, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards?
