This individual will play a key role in... pre-production planning activities for a space-related payload program, helping define how systems will be integrated and tested in future production phases.This role is focused on developing the overarching I&T strategy, infrastructure planning, and system-level test approach prior to production execution.Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead pre-production I&T planning efforts, defining how systems will be integrated and tested throughout the program lifecycle.Develop I&T roadmaps, schedules, and test strategies aligned to program milestones and delivery timelinesDefine test infrastructure requirements, including facility space, lab environments, and equipment needed to support system validation.Evaluate and select tools, technologies, and MBSE platforms to support integration and testing activitiesConduct system performance requirement reviews and translate them into executable test plans and validation approaches.Collaborate with systems engineering and design teams to ensure testability is built into system architecture earlyIdentify risks, constraints, and dependencies related to integration and test planning, and develop mitigation strategies.Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to ensure alignment between design, integration, and future production testing efforts.Establish processes, documentation, and standards for integration and test activities to be executed in later production phases.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and technicians supporting I&T planning efforts.Compensation:$60/hr to $90/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
